1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Linkorya platform.

By using the platform, users unconditionally accept these ToS.

Linkorya reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

3 — Platform Access

Access to the platform requires creating an account. To register, you must:

be of legal age,
provide a valid email address,

Users agree to provide truthful and accurate information.

Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials,
Users are responsible for all actions performed through their account,
In case of unauthorised access, users must immediately notify Linkorya.
Linkorya reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of fraud or improper use.

Registration on the platform is free.

4 — Services Offered

Linkorya is a link-building platform connecting link buyers and sellers.

Services offered include:

access to a catalogue of websites available for article publication,
tools for managing orders and publications,
a token system for billing and internal transactions.

Linkorya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

5 — User Obligations

Every user agrees to comply with applicable law and not to use the platform for illegal purposes.

The following are prohibited:

publishing illegal, defamatory, offensive content or content that infringes on third-party rights,

attempting to access the platform's computer systems without authorisation,
creating fake accounts or impersonating other users,
using the platform for spam, phishing, or fraud.

Any violation of these obligations may result in account suspension or deletion.

6 — Tokens and Transactions

Linkorya uses a token system as an internal unit of account on the platform.

Tokens have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be converted to cash.

Token transactions are final and non-refundable, except in case of proven technical error by Linkorya.

Tokens can be purchased via the payment methods available on the platform,
Tokens are debited when an order is submitted,
Tokens are credited after a publication is validated,
Token balances do not expire.

Linkorya reserves the right to modify token rates with prior notice.

Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts,
Tokens do not constitute electronic money under European regulations,
Upon account deletion, remaining tokens are not refunded,
Linkorya reserves the right to cancel tokens in case of proven fraud.

Platform Commission

For every transaction made through the platform, Linkorya retains a commission.

This commission covers the platform's operating costs (hosting, development, support) and the connection between buyers and sellers.

The commission is automatically deducted from the transaction's token amount,
The net amount received by the seller is visible before order confirmation,
The commission is non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

The cost is 1 token per transaction.

Linkorya reserves the right to modify its commission policy with prior notice to users.

7 — Listings and Published Content

Sellers agree to:

provide accurate information about their websites,
respect the declared thematic categories,

Buyers agree to:

provide original and quality content,
respect the seller's editorial guidelines,
not include illegal content or links to fraudulent websites,
guarantee they hold the rights to the provided content.

Linkorya cannot be held liable for the content of articles published by third-party users.

8 — Orders and Publications

The order process is as follows: submission of request by buyer → acceptance by seller → article publication → validation and token credit.

The seller has a deadline to accept or refuse the order. After this deadline, the order may be automatically cancelled.

If the seller refuses, tokens are returned to the buyer.

A publication is considered complete when the article is online and accessible.

9 — Cancellations and Refunds

The buyer may cancel an order under the following conditions:

before the seller has accepted the order,
if the seller has not complied with the agreed terms,
if the published article does not conform to the order specifications.

Refund requests must be submitted to Linkorya via the contact form or email. They are subject to verification by the Linkorya team. They will be refunded in the form of tokens, not cash.

Refunded tokens are credited within 5 working days,
No cash refunds will be made unless required by law.

Article Removal or Link Deletion

If an article is removed or a link is deleted within 30 days of publication, the buyer may request a partial refund, subject to verification by Linkorya.

After 30 days, no refund will be granted for the removal of an article or link.

In case of deliberate removal by the seller without justification, Linkorya reserves the right to apply penalties or suspend the seller's account.

The buyer must report any removal via Linkorya support within 7 days of discovery.

10 — Intellectual Property

The content of articles published through the platform remains the property of their respective authors.

By publishing content on Linkorya, the user grants Linkorya a non-exclusive licence to display, store, and index the content within the normal operation of the platform.

Sellers agree not to publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights,
Buyers agree to guarantee they hold the rights to the provided content,
Linkorya does not claim ownership of content published by users.
Linkorya reserves the right to remove any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

All elements of the website (logo, design, code) are the exclusive property of Valentin Le Tallec and are protected by intellectual property law.

11 — Personal Data Protection

Linkorya collects and processes users' personal data for the following purposes:

management of user accounts,
processing of orders and transactions,
communications related to the platform,
improvement of services,
compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

contact with support.

12 — Limitation of Liability

Linkorya cannot be held liable for:

service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failures,
data loss caused by the user or third parties,
indirect damages resulting from use of the platform,
quality or content of articles published by third-party users,
behaviour of sellers or buyers on the platform,
loss of revenue or business opportunities.

Linkorya's liability is limited to the amount of the transactions in question.

Linkorya provides no guarantees regarding SEO results or the impact of publications.

13 — Changes to ToS

Linkorya reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

14 — Termination

Users may delete their account at any time via profile settings or by contacting support.

Linkorya reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these ToS, without prior notice in case of serious violation.

Upon account deletion, user data is retained for the legally required period.

15 — Governing Law

These ToS are governed by French law.

Any disputes regarding their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts.
